We are bringing the lentil back to the fields of the Paderborn region and develop our much-loved lentil blends for patties, biscuits and more. Our products stand for certified organic quality and ingredients we source in Germany wherever possible. But where did this story begin?

It Is 1996…

It all began in 1996 with a home on wheels and a big helping of adventurous spirit. At festivals, Petra experimented with new, delicious recipes meant not only to satisfy hunger but also to surprise her guests. With plenty of creativity and one small, unassuming ingredient — the lentil — something quite special was created: the lentil patty. What began as a festival idea became the foundation of the passion we live today.
